This past spring, I served as Head Chair of the Model and Garment Committee for Colorado State University’s Fashion Show, managing 130 models across 20 designer collections. I also led a committee of girls, delegating responsibilities and working closely with them to coordinate fittings, rehearsals, and backstage runway logistics. This experience had a huge impact on me, strengthening my confidence as a leader and teaching me how important communication, teamwork, and trust are when managing a large team. Seeing everything we worked so hard on come together on the runway was incredibly rewarding and strengthened my passion for fashion show coordination and leadership within the industry.
